Below are a number of specific exercise routines for patients with upper limb problems.

These videos, should only be used when instructed by a trained medical professional to ensure you use the specific exercises, it will allow you (the patient) to improve the part of the body required for continued care.

Video 51 - Anterior Wall Slide - This exercise is used to mobilise the shoulder joint and improve the rotator cuff muscles (these are the group of muscles that stabilise the shoulder joint).

Video 52 - Lateral Wall Slide - This exercise is used to mobilise the shoulder joint and strengthen and improve the rotator cuff muscles (these are the group of muscles that stabilise the shoulder joint)

Video 53 - Quarter Press Up on Wall - This exercise is to help strengthen and improve the control of the rotator cuff muscles (these are the group of muscles that stabilise the shoulder joint)

Video 54 - Static Rotator Cuff Strengthening. This video contains a group of exercises. The aims of each exercise is to strengthen and improve the rotator cuff muscles (these are the group of muscles that stabilise the shoulder joint).

Video 55 - Pectorals Stretch - This exercise is used to stretch out the pectoral muscles (these are the muscles that sit on the front of the chest wall).

Video 56 - Wall Sleeper Stretch - This exercise is used to stretch out the muscles at the back of the shoulder joint.

Video 57 - Exercises for hand, wrist and elbow. This video contains a group of exercises which can be used to help strengthen and mobilise the muscles and joints of the hand, wrist and elbow.

Video 58 - Set of Pendular Exercises. This video contains a group of exercise which are used to help mobilise the shoulder joint.

Video 59 - Table slides with Towel - This exercise is used to mobilise shoulder joint.

Video 60 - Scaption with Weight. This exercise is used to strengthen the shoulder muscles around the shoulder joint. (Scaption means moving the arm away from the body)

Video 61 - Step with Resistance Band - This exercise is used to help strengthen the rotator cuff muscles (these are the group of muscles that stabilise the shoulder joint).

Video 62 - Lateral Rotation with Resistance Band - This exercise is used to help strengthen the rotator cuff muscles (these are the group of muscles that stabilise the shoulder joint)

Video 63 - Shoulder Abduction with Stick - This is a passive exercise, the aim of which is help mobilise the shoulder joint. (Passive means where the physiotherapist or in this case the stick move the affected part)

Video 64 - Shoulder Elevation with Stick - This exercise is used the help mobilise the shoulder joint.

Video 65 - Lateral Rotation with Stick - This is very much a passive exercise, the aim of which is to help mobilise and stretch out the shoulder joint. (Passive means where the physiotherapist or in this case the stick move the affected part)

Video 66 - Hand Behind Back Towel Stretch - This exercise is used to mobilise and help stretch out a shoulder joint that has becomes stiff.

Video 67 - Low Cross Body Stretch - This exercise is used to help stretch out the shoulder joint.

Video 68 - Sleeper Stretch in Side Lying - This exercise is used to stretch out the shoulder in particular the back of the shoulder joint.

Video 69 - Rotator Cuff Strengthening in Side Lying - This exercise is used to help strengthen the rotator cuff muscles (these are a group of muscles that sit around the shoulder joint)

Video 70 - Four Point Kneeling - This exercise is used to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles and mobilise the muscles around the shoulder joint. (Rotator cuff muscles are the group of muscles that stabilise the shoulder joint)

Video 71 - Military Press - This exercise is used to help strengthen the muscles around the shoulder and shoulder blade.

Video 72 - Shoulder Blade Stability. These exercises are to help gain stability and strength of the muscles around the shoulder joint.

Video 73 - Punch forwards with Resistance Band - This exercise is used to strengthen and stabilise the muscles of the shoulder and shoulder joint.

Video 74 - Cross body strengthening exercises. This is an advanced shoulder exercise to help strengthen and stabilise the shoulder joint and the muscles around this area.

Video 75 - Cross Body Strengthening Low to High - This is an advanced shoulder exercise to help strengthen the shoulder muscles.

Video 76 - Pull downs with Resistance band. These exercises are to help strengthen the muscles around the shoulder joint.
