If you have been given an appointment but you need to reschedule, or you no longer feel that the appointment is needed, then please let us know.
Details of how to change, enquire about or cancel an appointment will be on the letter sent to you when the appointment was made, however, if you do not have this letter then please contact the correct department directly or contact our switchboard on 01254 263555 or 01282 425071.
